September 2024 – gegen Militärdienst und für die Verweigerung von jedem Militarismus

Chiamata per l’incontro internazionale contro il servizio militare e per il rifiuto di ogni militarismo (Germania, Amburgo, 15-17 Novembre 2024)

In Germania e in molti altri paesi il militarismo è in ascesa. In seguito alle nuove e vecchie guerre e ai genocidi degli ultimi anni, il militarismo e le strutture e le idee ad esso associate si fanno strada su vari livelli. Contemporaneamente l’industria bellica è in piena espansione. In Germania, oltre agli immensi finanziamenti all’esercito, una delle iniziative concrete è la creazione di un nuovo servizio militare. Dopo la sua sospensione nel 2011, i piani dei promotori prevedono l’introduzione di una nuova leva con esami attitudinali e sanzioni contro coloro che rifiutano di partecipare a tali procedure. Anche se al momento questa proposta è focalizzata su un numero abbastanza limitato di reclute e tenta di darsi un’immagine moderata, essa va considerata come un apriporta e come un importante strumento del militarismo e della politica della NATO in Germania. I numeri delle reclute sono inizialmente esigui, poiché le infrastrutture necessarie per il servizio militare, come i luoghi per le selezioni, gli alloggi e l’addestramento, sono stati smantellati dopo il 2011. Probabilmente anche il modello sarà dapprima una sperimentazione destinata poi a essere ottimizzata. In ogni caso come anarchici e anarchiche rifiutiamo di prestare servizio in nome delle forze armate e dello Stato e ci organizzeremo per la resistenza contro di essi.

Nell’ottica dell’internazionalismo antiautoritario vorremmo scambiare opinioni con compagni e compagne provenienti da contesti diversi riguardo il servizio militare nei paesi in cui vivono, ma anche sulle pratiche di opposizione e resistenza. Siete calorosamente invitati a partecipare a questo confronto. Presupposti sono i principi di solidarietà e un antimilitarismo antiautoritario, un’analisi che si oppone alla legittimazione della guerra, ai danni collaterali e al riconoscimento degli Stati e di qualsiasi altra autorità.

Ci giungono notizie non ancora confermate che nei giorni precedenti l’incontro potranno avere luogo ad Amburgo celebrazioni per l’anniversario della fondazione della Bundeswehr, l’esercito tedesco. Da parte nostra siamo disponibili a esprimere la nostra comune avversione nei confronti di un simile evento.

Vorremmo anche lanciare una chiamata ad inviarci le vostre riflessioni e analisi in modo da poterle inserire in un opuscolo che verrà realizzato e stampato in occasione dell’evento.

ÉCHANGE INTERNATIONAL CONTRE LE SERVICE MILITAIRE ET POUR LE REFUS DE TOUT MILITARISME 15-17 NOVEMBRE 2024 HAMBOURG

En Allemagne et dans de nombreux autres pays, le militarisme se renforce. Face aux nouvelles et anciennes guerres et génocides de ces dernières années, il prend place, ainsi que les structures et idées qui y sont liées, à différents niveaux. Parallèlement, l’industrie de l’armement est florissante. Outre d’immenses subventions pour l’armée allemande, la constitution d’un nouveau service militaire en Allemagne est un des exemples d’initiatives très concrètes. Après avoir pratiquement cessé en 2011, ses initiateurices prévoient un nouveau service avec des examens et des sanctions pour celleux qui ne participent pas à cette procédure. Même si cette proposition concerne un nombre assez limité de recrues et tente de se donner une image modérée, elle doit être considérée comme une brèche et un instrument important pour le militarisme et la politique de l’OTAN de l’Allemagne. Le nombre de recrues prévues est initialement faible, car l’infrastructure nécessaire au service militaire, comme les lieux de recrutement, d’hébergement et de formation, a été supprimée après 2011. De plus, ce modèle sera probablement d’abord un essai qui sera ensuite optimisé. Quoi qu’il en soit, en tant qu’anarchistes, nous rejetons le service pour le compte de l’armée et de l’Etat et nous y opposerons résistance.

Dans l’esprit d’un internationalisme anti-autoritaire, nous voulons échanger avec des militantexs de différents contextes sur le service militaire dans les États dans lesquels iels vivent, mais aussi sur les pratiques de refus et de résistance. Toi et ton entourage êtes cordialement invitéexs à participer à cet échange. Les prérequis sont les principes de solidarité et un anti-militarisme anti-autoritaire, une analyse qui s’oppose à la justification de la guerre, aux dommages collatéraux et à la reconnaissance des Etats et de toute autre forme d’autorité.

Dans les jours précédant l’échange, il est possible qu’il y ait d’éventuelles célébrations de l’anniversaire de la fondation de l’armée allemande à Hambourg, d’après des informations non confirmées jusqu’à présent. Nous nous réservons le droit d’exprimer ensemble notre opposition à un tel événement.

De plus, nous souhaitons lancer un appel à contributions dans lequel nous invitons chacunex à envoyer ses réflexions et analyses pour une brochure qui sera imprimée à l’occasion du week-end.

International exchange against military service and for the refusal of all militarism November 15th-17th 2024, Hamburg

In Germany and many other countries, militarism is gaining strength in the face of the new and old wars and genocides of recent years, and the structures and ideas associated with it are taking space at various levels.

At the same time, the military industry is flourishing. In addition to immense subsidies for the Bundeswehr (german army), one of the concrete initiatives is the implementation of a new mandatory military service in Germany. After this was practically discontinued in 2011, the initiators‘ plan is to introduce a new service with examinations and sanctions against those who do not take part in this procedure. Even if this proposal initially revolves around a fairly limited number of recruits and attempts to paint a moderate picture, it is to be seen as a door opener and an important tool of militarism and Germany’s NATO policy. The numbers of recruits are initially low because the infrastructure required for military service, such as places for physical examinations with the purpose of recruitment, accommodation and training, was dismantled after 2011. The model will probably also initially be a trial that will be optimized.

Whatever model they introduce, as anarchists we reject service in the name of the military and the state and will organize resistance against it.

In the spirit of anti-authoritarian internationalism, we want to exchange ideas with comrades from different contexts about military service in the states in which they live, but also about practices of refusal and resistance.

You and your context are invited to participate in this exchange.

The prerequisites are the principles of solidarity and an anti-authoritarian anti-militarism, an analysis that opposes the justification of war, collateral damage and the recognition of states and any other authority.

In the days leading up to the exchange, there are as yet unconfirmed reports of possible celebrations to mark the anniversary of the founding of the Bundeswehr, which could well take place in Hamburg. We remain open to expressing our joint rejection of such an event – stay tuned!

INTERNATIONALER AUSTAUSCH GEGEN MILITÄRDIENST UND FÜR DIE VERWEIGERUNG VON JEDEM MILITARISMUS 15.-17. NOVEMBER 2024 HAMBURG

In Deutschland sowie vielen anderen Ländern erstarkt der Militarismus. Im Angesicht der neuen und alten Kriege und Genozide der letzten Jahre greifen er und die mit ihm verbundenen Strukturen und Ideen Raum auf verschiedensten Ebenen. Zeitgleich floriert die Rüstungsindustrie. Neben immensen Subventionen für die Bundeswehr ist eine der konkreten Initiativen die Konstitution eines neuen Wehrdienstes in Deutschland. Nachdem dieser 2011 praktisch eingestellt wurde, soll es, wenn es nach den Plänen der Initiator*innen geht, einen neuen Dienst mit Musterungen und auch Sanktionen gegen die, die diese Prozedur nicht mitmachen, geben. Auch wenn sich dieser Vorschlag erstmal um eine recht begrenzte Zahl an Rekrut*innen dreht und versucht wird ein moderates Bild zu zeichnen, ist er als Türöffner und wichtiges Werkzeug des Militarismus und der NATO-Politik Deutschlands zu verstehen. Die Zahlen der Rekrut*innen sind anfänglich niedrig, da die Infrastruktur, die ein Wehrdienst benötigt, wie Orte für die Musterungen, Unterbringung und Ausbildung, nach 2011 abgebaut wurde. Auch wird das Modell wohl zuerst ein Versuch sein, der optimiert wird. So oder so lehnen wir den Dienst im Namen von Militär und Staat als Anarchist*innen ab und werden gegen ihn Widerstand organisieren.

Wir wollen uns im Sinne eines anti-autoritären Internationalismus mit Mitstreiter*innen aus verschiedenen Kontexten über den Militärdienst in den Staaten, in denen sie leben, aber auch über Praxen der Verweigerung und des Widerstandes austauschen. Du und dein Zusammenhang sind herzlich eingeladen an diesem Austausch zu partizipieren. Die Voraussetzungen sind die Prinzipien der Solidarität und ein anti-autoritärer Anti-Militarismus, eine Analyse, die sich gegen die Rechtfertigung von Krieg, Kollateralschaden und die Anerkennung von Staaten und jeglichen sonstigen Autoritäten wendet.

In den Tagen vor dem Austausch gibt es bisher unbestätigte Meldungen über eventuelle Feierlichkeiten zum Jubiläum der Gründung der Bundeswehr, die wohl in Hamburg stattfinden könnten. Wir halten uns offen unsere Ablehnung eines solchen Anlasses gemeinsam zum Ausdruck zu bringen.

Außerdem möchten wir einen call for papers machen bei dem alle eingeladen sind ihre Gedanken und Analysen für eine Broschüre einzusenden, die zu dem Wochenende gedruckt werden soll.
